April 18th, Noe Valley Farmer's Market

strawberry_sweet_temptation.jpg

I will be lugging part of Willi (my earthworms), along with pots with some of my favorite edibles to the Noe Valley Farmer's Market on April 18th. I will be teaching children about worm composting, how to plant and about good bugs. They will all leave with a small container (eco-friendly dixie cup) with a freshly planted strawberry.

Pictured here are children delighting over the worm compost.

This weekend I will be taking Willi (the worms) and some favorite plants on the road to the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market in downtown San Francisco. I'll be teaching children how to plant and I'm setting up a beautiful handwoven bee hive.
