My arugula went to seed quickly, but rather than worry about it, I kind of like the how the blooms look in the salad boxes.
The white arugula flowers are sweet, while the yellow rocket arugula blooms have a slightly bitter taste.
I mixed them with greens for a salad, including the arugula leaves, as well as nasturtium flowers that have a peppery flavor.
