Gardens of Mendoza

The Trapiche architectural style is an unusual modern, with this pyramid reminiscent of the Louvre in Paris, but many of the original brick buildings remain.

This is the Mediterranean Garden at Almacen del Sur, a restaurant and farm that grows and produces a gourmet line. They sun dry tomatoes and pack them in their olive oil, along with other specialties like roasted eggplant and zucchini packed with oil and rosemary.
